Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn or unused and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at angelafu808@gmail.com.
