Two considered formats, now being refined with our production partner.
CONCEPT DIRECTION
Designed around protection, reuse, and a quieter arrival
VARI's new packaging is currently in factory development and is expected to be ready in approximately one month. Until the physical samples are approved, the presentation described on this page is a concept direction rather than the final production specification.
We are designing two jewellery-pouch sizes and two box formats so that each piece is protected without an oversized presentation. Final materials, finishes, dimensions, and recyclability claims will be confirmed only after sample approval.

LARGE POUCH
For necklaces and pendants
Designed to hold strand necklaces and pendants without crowding the pearls.
SMALL BOX
Drawer or lid-and-base format
A compact presentation box for the small pouch, intentionally designed without an internal jewellery tray.
LARGE BOX
Book-style flip format
A larger presentation box for the necklace pouch, also designed without an internal jewellery tray.
DOCUMENTS
Certificate and care
Where applicable, the laboratory certificate rests above the wrapped box. A separate paper envelope holds the care card, silver polishing cloth, and a small gift.
OUTER PROTECTION
One right-sized mailer
Both formats are being engineered for one white international mailer with a paperboard locating insert and a waterproof protective outer bag.
PROPOSED PACKOUT
Layered with care, without an internal tray
The jewellery is placed in its pouch, then in the appropriate presentation box. The box is wrapped in black tissue, sealed with wax, finished with ribbon, and secured in the mailer's paperboard locating insert. The certificate sits above the box, while the care envelope is held at the side. A centered VARI logo and sealing label complete the white mailer.
